Shipping Destinations and Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

The shipping charge for this service is $0.00 USD, regardless of the order value.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. After your order is handed to the carrier, delivery typically takes an additional 6–9 business days.

The total estimated processing and delivery time is 7–12 business days, subject to the order cutoff time described below. Orders placed after the cutoff may require an additional business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted toward these estimates. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Order Cutoff Time and Time Zone

Our daily order cutoff time is 12:00 AM (midnight), U.S. Central Time (CT).

This is midnight at the beginning of the day, not noon. Orders placed after the cutoff begin processing on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Our time zone follows the local time in Ottumwa, Iowa: Central Standard Time (CST, UTC−6) during standard time and Central Daylight Time (CDT, UTC−5) during daylight saving time.

An order placed after the cutoff may have an additional business day added to its delivery estimate.

Order Processing

Order processing generally takes 1–3 business days before the parcel is handed to the carrier. This includes preparing and packing your order.

If an issue with your order or delivery information prevents us from proceeding, we will contact you using the contact details provided at checkout.

Transit Time

After the carrier receives your parcel, estimated transit time is 6–9 business days.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, and public holidays may affect delivery. If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you with available information and assistance.

Shipping Updates

Please use a valid email address at checkout so you can receive order and shipping updates. Where tracking is available, it will be included in your shipping notification.

Delivery Address and Changes

Please review your delivery address carefully before placing an order, including any apartment or unit number.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will check whether the address can still be updated. Changes may not be possible once an order has been shipped.

If a parcel is returned because the address is incomplete or incorrect, contact us so we can discuss the available next steps. Any proposed additional charge will be explained before you agree to it.
